Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping. Although most of our products can be shipped anywhere in the world, there are exceptions due to legal restrictions or carrier limitations for certain products and destinations. Specific regional exceptions include:

  • Western Sahara Affiliated Islands: No delivery services available.
  • United States: We cover the continental US. However, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or APO/FPO military addresses.
  • Canada and Mexico: Full coverage available.
  • Russia, Brazil, Chile, Japan, Australia, Israel, and all Pan American nations: Full coverage available.
  • United Kingdom: Delivery is available to mainland areas but not to the Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, military addresses, or the Isle of Man.
  • Germany: Full coverage available.

Retail Customer Shipping Policy
For retail customers, we offer free shipping on orders over $50. This policy is designed to enhance the shopping experience for our retail customers, encouraging frequent, smaller purchases.

Wholesale Customer Shipping Policy
For wholesale customers, we have set a minimum order amount of $999 to qualify for free shipping. For orders below $999, a flat shipping fee of $10 USD will be charged. This is due to the higher logistics and handling costs associated with wholesale orders, but also allows for lower unit costs due to the volume of purchases. This policy helps us maintain operational efficiency while offering competitive wholesale prices.

Drop Shipping Policy
For drop shipping, the following shipping rates apply:

  • Orders of 10 items or less to a single address: $6 USD
  • Orders of more than 10 items to a single address: $10 USD
  • Wholesale customers may also choose their own logistics provider, with shipping costs borne by the customer.

Retail orders are typically smaller, while wholesale and drop-shipped orders are larger and more complex, requiring more logistics support. Shipping times vary by location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 5-9 business days
