1. Drop Shipping Mode

  • We offer a full drop shipping service. Customers can choose to use non-branded packaging at no additional cost. For those who wish to display their own brand logo on the packaging, customers can send us branded materials such as stamps, stickers, crystal labels, wax seals, ribbons, etc., and we will customize the packaging according to your requirements.
  • Global shipping support: We can assist in shipping products to any country. You only need to provide the delivery address, and we will handle the full tracking.
  • We offer small batch customization services with a professional design team ready to assist from initial design through to prototyping and final production.
  • Drop shipping customers are required to pay a membership fee of $60, non-refundable and non-creditable, after which they can enjoy wholesale prices.

2. Wholesale Mode

  • Initial orders must consist of at least 20 items to waive the membership fee.
  • After the initial order, there is no minimum quantity for restocking; even single items can be processed at wholesale prices.

3. Wholesale Prices

  • Our wholesale price is set at 50% of the suggested retail price. This pricing strategy is applicable to all wholesale customers, ensuring you achieve reasonable profits while maintaining competitive prices.

4. Minimum Order Amount

  • The minimum amount for wholesale orders is $999. Orders reaching or exceeding this amount qualify for free shipping.
  • If the order amount is less than $999, customers must pay the actual shipping costs, which are calculated based on the order size and destination.

5. Market Price Maintenance

  • To maintain stable market prices, wholesale customers must not sell products for less than 80% of the retail price (20% discount). This policy helps to maintain brand value and ensures fair competition in the market.

6. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or special orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated accordingly.

7. Payment Terms

  • All orders are shipped only after the order has been placed and payment has been confirmed. In cases of stock shortages or discontinued products, refunds will be issued for the affected items to the merchant.

8. Shipping and Logistics

  • All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or another designated logistics provider, offering both domestic and international shipping services.
  • We provide a tracking number for each order, allowing customers to monitor their order status in real time.

9. Return Policy

  • Returns are only accepted for product defects or shipping errors.
  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate a return, and products must be returned within 15 days after receiving return authorization.
  • All returns must maintain the original condition of the products, including packaging and labels.

10. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

  • All wholesale customers must comply with applicable national and international trade laws and regulations.
  • We reserve the right to modify our wholesale policies at any time. Changes will be communicated to all wholesale customers in advance.
