Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which starts from the day you receive your item. You have 30 days to initiate a return after your receipt of the merchandise.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Full documentation including the receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at glintglamour@outlook.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect your items right away. If you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants; custom products like special orders or personalized items; and personal care goods such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item using our returns process and then place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days during which you can cancel your order for any reason. This is independent of our 30-day return period. The same conditions for returns apply.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
